Maintenance Cleaning is the perfect solution for busy people who want to keep their home clean without having to worry about it. Our recurring scheduled cleaning service will take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy your free time.

Kitchen/Breakroom Checklist

o Empty trash and put in a new liner Long dust all high areas (check behind doors)

o Long dust all high areas

o Wipe down countertops and backsplash – pick up and wipe underneath everything

o Remove cobwebs

o Spot clean cabinet doors and sanitize hardware

o Wash dishes in the sink if less than 5

o Clean dish drainer as needed

o Scrub and disinfect sink(s)

o Clean soap dispenser

o Polish faucet

o Wipe down exterior of appliances, large (ex: fridge) and small (ex: toaster)

o Clean microwave, inside and out

o Wipe/dust picture frames and artwork

o Dust light fixtures

o Dust both sides and underneath blinds and shutters

o Wipe down windowsills and ledges

o Wipe baseboards

o Remove fingerprints from all woodwork and door frames

o Sanitize doorknobs/handles

o Wipe down table(s) and chairs

o Shake out and vacuum rugs

o Vacuum and mop floors

Office Areas and Common Areas

o Empty trash can(s) and replace liner(s)

o Empty paper shredder(s)

o Remove cobwebs

o Dust all areas, top to bottom; dust all furniture to the floor

o Dust both sides and underneath blinds and shutters

o Wipe down windowsills and ledges

o Remove fingerprints from all woodwork and door frames

o Sanitize doorknobs/handles

o Wipe/dust picture frames and artwork

o Sanitize switch plates

o Clean mirrors and glass, checking for streaks

o Wipe/dust light fixtures

o Straighten magazines

o Dust desks, screens, and chairs (don’t forget the bottom of the chairs)

o Dust all blinds and shutters

o Clean both sides of glass doors

o Wipe baseboards

o Vacuum and mop floors

o Clean mirrors o Polish wood

o Make bed if client left clean sheets; strip bed and remake with fresh bedding; leave dirty bedding on top of washing machine or in laundry basket

o Vacuum along baseboards with edging attachment

o Vacuum rugs and floor underneath

o Long dust for cobwebs

o Vacuum floors, getting underneath beds and furniture when possible

o Mop hard floors; check corners for debris and buildup

Bathroom Checklist

o Dust light fixtures

o Cobweb behind doors and check corners

o Wipe down counters, pick up everything and wipe underneath base and behind, and water hose

o Clean floor around toilet by hand

o Refill:

o Paper towels

o Toilet seat covers

o Toilet paper

o Hand soap

o Wipe down any furniture

o Shine mirrors, checking for streaks

o Dust/vacuum ceiling vents (look up)

o Dust and replace knick-knacks and decor

o Dust light fixtures

o Cobweb behind doors and check corners

o Clean soap dispenser

o Wipe down artwork

o Wipe windowsills and ledges

o Wipe baseboards

Before You Leave

o Do a complete walkthrough of the office to make sure nothing was missed

o Leave a note if any repairs are needed or if there are supply items that are running low (ex: trash bags)

o Be sure you have all your cleaning supplies

o Turn off all lights that should be turned off

o Turn off heat/air if you turned it on

o Close and lock all windows and doors

o Set alarm, if required
